Description
English 10: Great Works of Literature This course develops students' critical appreciation of fiction, drama, and poetry, with a focus on works that have been defined as “great literature.” We will also explore why works get defined as "great" and the history of using “great books” in education and the arguments for this practice. No credit in the English major, but it applies to GE Area C2.
