Record Clearance Project
Time: Thurs 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. + some Tuesday evenings
Description
Students receive internship or directed reading credit for work assisting clients to present petitions to court to clear eligible criminal convictions.
Students also present community education presentations (in English and Spanish) to groups in the area regarding how to clear criminal convictions.
Additionally, students work on related projects as the record clearance work at SJSU grows.
