Discussion and critical evaluation of advanced topics in nutritional science, food science and technology, foodservice management, and packaging. Prerequisite: Passing score on NUFS competency exam in emphasis area. Corequisite: HS 167 or SOCI 103 or STAT 115.

Note this class fulfills the graduate writing requirement for SJSU.
