Description: Record Clearance Project (RCP) is sponsored by the Justice Studies Department in collaboration with the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s office. In the RCP, students work in teams interviewing eligible clients, helping them document their files with letters of support, and drafting Declarations in the clients’ words to explain how the clients’ lives have changed since the time of their convictions.
