Description
This is a course that introduces some of the mathematical tools used in modern day physics research. The topics covered apply to theoretical fields as well as experimental fields in all branches of physics.
Students are expected to perform their own research on the topics discussed in class. Students are encouraged to work in groups, but must turn in their own work.
