Description

Hi guys, please send me an email if you want to go with us on Friday to Fremont Peak Observatory. We will leave at 5pm from the Duncan Hall parking lot, and return there by midnight. It's an hour and a half drive.
Sorry I didn't get a chance to drop off the homework papers on Thursday. I will be in all day on Friday and you can get them then. I will also post the solutions to that homework here shortly.

This course covers the physics and chemistry of the solar system. We will learn about planetary atmospheres, surface geology and interiors, dynamics of solar system objects, impact cratering, comets, asteroids, and meteorites. The book is Moons and Planets, 5th Edition, by W.K. Hartmann, published by Thomson Brooks Cole.
