Description
Planning and implementation of professional practice emphasizing culturally appropriate measures and design strategies. Students produce a professionally written evaluation study demonstrating understanding of the knowledge base underlying social work interventions. (Credit/No Credit, 3 units for Fall and 3 units for Spring).
The course emphasizes the application of concepts and the acquisition of skills for systematic evaluation of professional social work practice. Students conceptualize and organize a master's Special Project, which serves as the "capstone" experience for the Master of Social Work degree.
