Description
Capstone conceptual investigations, verbal and visual problem solving utilizing typography and image. 103B offers a semester long studio experience that engages a series of typographic problems exploring methods of organization used in visual communication. Students engage in analysis, and the evaluation of problems and solutions – interpreting ideas, utilizing text and display letterforms, fundamental design theories and methodologies with the tools designers use to clarify, synthesize, and dramatize the familiar world.
