Description
Concepts and methods of statistics with an emphasis on data analysis. Topics include methods for collecting data, graphical and numerical descriptive statistics, correlation, simple linear regression, and basic concepts of probability, introduction to statistical inference, confidence intervals and hypothesis tests for means and proportions, and chi-square tests. A grade of CR in UNVS 15A is required to enroll in UNVS 15B&C.
