General Psychology - Section 7
Time: Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
Location: DMH 356
This is a required course for psychology majors; however, it is also a Core GE course. Special attention will be given to themes related to psychology as a field of study: (a) that psychology is empirical, (b) that psychology is theoretically diverse, and (c) that psychology evolves in a socio-historical context. The class format is mixed mode/hybrid; meaning that it is a combination of lecture, online, and independent study. The required lectures, handouts, and text readings will be the main source of information. Please see the "Class Schedule" in my course syllabus regarding the days that we will be meeting in class. I look forward to meeting you on the first day of class. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
