We are responsible for all fiscal matters for UPD, including:

• Billing outside agencies and campus departments for personnel costs for special events
• Budget preparation and analysis
• Conducting on-going internal audits for all identified areas of UPD
• Payroll services for 80 full-time employees
• Payroll services for approximately 30 students and 250 special event officers from other law enforcement agencies
• Purchasing equipment, supplies and services
• Tracking revenues and expenditures
