Political Science Convocation
The Political Science convocation takes place at the end of the spring semester and includes both the B.A. and MPA graduates.
In order to participate in the department convocation you must have filed for graduation in either the summer, fall, or spring of the current academic year. If you are planning to graduate in the summer or fall of the next academic year and would like to participate in the ceremony you will need to seek approval of the Dept. Chair.

Location: Barret Ballroom, SJSU Student Union (Reception in the Art Quad outside of Student
Union)
Time: 6:00 P.M.
Tickets: On Sale beginning May 1, 2013
Cost: $20 per guest
$10 children 5-12 years old
Children 5 and under are free
Ex:In order to participate in the Spring 2013 dept. graduation ceremony you would need
to have filed for graduation for one of the following semesters: Summer 12, Fall 12,
or Spring 13.
All graduates are required to wear the appropriate academic regalia:
Undergraduates: Cap and Gown
MPA: Hoods and Gown
