Dr. Ken Montojo earned his Ph.D. from University of California at Santa Barbara. His specialties are international and comparative political economy, with an emphasis on Southeast Asia. He recently authored an article on Philippine oil deregulation and is currently working on other projects regarding international and regional cooperation. He also has a strong interest in American Politics and has a soft spot for civil liberties issues. Kenneth's classes stress critical thinking and incorporate technology as a means to enhance student learning. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, swimming, running, sampling new cuisines, and improving the quality of his still limited, yet promising, musical abilities.
