Major Form

In order to file for graduation each student must fill out the appropriate paperwork by the July 1 ^st of the previous calendar year for spring (May) graduation and March 1st of the same year for Summer and Winter (August and December) graduation. All paperwork must be filled out properly in order to complete this process. Download our department major form (PDF) here.

Steps to filling out the Major Form:

1. Schedule an appointment with your major advisor(not the dept. office) - they will be able to help you fill out the form properly and should be able to answer any questions you may have.

2. Take the completed major form (with your advisors' signature) to the Political Science main office (Clark Hall 471) along with a completed application for graduation (PDF) as well as a minor form (if applicable).
