Steps to filling out the Minor Form:

1. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Edwards-not the dept. office, she will be able to help you fill out the form properly and should be able to answer any questions you may have.

2. Take the completed minor form (with Dr. Edwards' signature) to the Political Science main office (Clark Hall 471) for the department chair's signature.

3. After your minor form has been approved and signed by the department chair please be sure to pick up your sealedminorform and take it to your major department office for final processing.
