Steps to filling out the Course Substitution Form:

1. Schedule an appointment with your major or minor advisor(not the dept. office) - they will be able to help you fill out the form properly and should be able to answer any questions you may have.

2. Take the completed change form (with your advisors' signature) to the Political Science main office (Clark Hall 471).
