Reporting to the CEO, responsible for building out entire infrastructure for a new airline. Designed and built the first data center, network and application suite. Put all systems in place to run the business and aircraft, completing FAA approval. Starting with a clean slate, took advantage of open source code, implemented for load balancing, spam filtering, change management, content management and many other related applications. The entire suite of applications saved $6M, accomplished in part with offshore support. Secured outsourcing via extensive contacts. Participated in a Technology Panel at the United Nations on the use of FOSS (Free Open Source Solutions), to facilitate a UN program encouraging the use of these technologies around the globe. Leading edge user of Remote Operations Management to help manage infrastructure with offshore resources.

Reporting to the CFO, responsible for global corporate infrastructure and staff of 110 employees and contractors. Responsible for R&D lab setup and management, managed the engineering labs, the design and building of new major lab, and remote labs worldwide. Assessed IT organization and made recommendations for complete redesign of the infrastructure, from network to application layers. Managed corporate upgrade of Oracle 10.7 to 11.5.9, completing all 39 modules in 7 months. Built new data center and brought several outsourced applications in house, improving user service and saving operation costs. Implemented a best practices desktop and server technology refresh program. Oversaw company's global Security Architecture design and implementation. Played a key role in developing new corporate Vision and Strategy plan for the next two to four years. Had major role in the corporation's compliance program including Sarbanes-Oxley (404) audit review, including maintaining ISO certification and beginning the process of certifying SIX SIGMA into the company.

Reporting to the CEO, responsible for all corporate capital programs and the worldwide corporate infrastructure, including a complete redesign and implementation of the global infrastructure. Utilized technology advances such as VOIP to reduce more than $3M in cost from the infrastructure. Member of the strategic team responsible for setting product direction, involvement in press relations and providing support to the business group executives. Responsible for many of the integration activities of two acquisitions. Keynote speaker for International Oracle Users Group focusing on using systems to drive profitability. Responsible for the management of the engineering lab infrastructure worldwide and the oversight of maintaining ISO certifications.
