A Unique Moment In Our History

On April 20, SJSU had its first presidential inauguration since 1995. It was a time to recognize the talent and potential of the dreamers, innovators and high achievers in our university community.

Creating SJSU's Future

President Qayoumi’s inauguration was about more than the investiture of a single individual. It was a way to come together and reflect upon our collective role in creating SJSU’s future.

Celebrating A New Chapter

The inauguration of our president was a celebration of both the university’s 155 years of tradition and the possibilities for transformation that new leadership brings.
