Academic Affairs Division Fee Proposals

Submitting a Fee Proposal

College and department fee proposals may require review and signatures from several administrators in the Academic Affairs Division before they are submitted to the Campus Fee Program for final review.  We recommend that you plan accordingly.

Please take a look at the fee proposal process for Special Session programs and all other fee types.

 

Proposal Deadlines

The following deadlines have been established to allow sufficient time for processing and implementation of your fee proposal.


Field Trip Fees (Category III)

Proposals should be submitted to the Provost’s Office six months ahead of the advanced registration date.  These proposals are reviewed by the Campus Fee Advisory Committee which typically meets once per term.

Miscellaneous User Fees (Category IV)

Proposals should be submitted to the Provost’s Office four months ahead of the effective date.  These proposals are not reviewed by the Campus Fee Advisory Committee.
