To pay by cash or check, please complete the following steps:
- Determine the total cost due, based on the number of Honorees at each table (Each
ticket is $28.00, Honorees receive complimentary tickets for themselves and one guest.
Individual ticket-holders will be seated at the discretion of the committee. If you
would like guaranteed seating with the department or honoree of your choice, we recommend
you purchase a table.)

- Visit the Cashier Windows located in the Student Services Center (see Campus Map). Please have all guest names and meal choices ready at time of purchase.
Chicken: Grilled chicken breast with wing and crispy skin, topped with Mediterranean tomato, caper and olive sauce, served with potato gnocchi and seasonal squash medley.
Fish: Pan seared salmon filet served with french lentils and collard greens and finished with a white wine caper sauce.
Vegetarian: Bulgur wheat enchiladas with poblano peppers, roasted corn, tomatoes and cilantro, served with a bed of black beans and topped with green tomatillo sauce.
