Eligibility

All graduate and undergraduate students involved in psychological research or related fields are encouraged to apply. Each student must have a faculty sponsor.

Priority for acceptance of a submission is as follows (ranked highest to lowest):

1. Submissions based on completed research
   
2. Submissions based on ongoing research projects
   
3. Submissions based on proposals* for future research
   *These represent fully developed research plans, including rationale, hypotheses, methods, and predicted results.

Work presented in abstracts must conform with the applicable policy and principles for experimental procedures (i.e., Human Subjects or Non-Human Animals IRB approval).

Please double check your works as the information you submit on the form will appear in the program exactly as you enter it.

You can expect to be hearing from us about your submission approximately 2 weeks after the deadline.

The Structure of the Conference

We will be hosting both oral and poster presentations.

• Oral Presentations
  Each presentation will be 10-15 min in duration with an additional 5 min for questions and answers. Presenters are encouraged to develop their talks in PowerPoint, but accommodations for overheads will be made available.
• Poster Presentations
  Each presenter will be assigned a free-standing 4' high by 5' wide bulletin board. Poster sessions will be approximately 1½ hours in duration during which time the presenting author is required to be present.

The conference will consist of morning and afternoon sessions, culminating with a keynote address from our invited speaker.
