SJSU Logo

In addition to an updated logo and new signatures ("lockups") for every college, academic and administrative unit and department, the SJSU Identity Standards and Visual System Guidelines include a color palette, fonts, templates and a collection of graphic assets.

The university's official colors are gold, white and blue. We've also added an extended color palette. Printing inks using PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors, and the process color (CMYK) and online (RGB) equivalents are as follows:

Colleges, Schools and Departments

The primary brand of San José State University is San José State University. All the colleges, departments, etc., make SJSU the great institution that we are, but the university as a whole is the most important aspect of our identity. That's why we designed typographic lockups, or arrangements, for all of SJSU's academic and administrative units. Please don't customize or otherwise rearrange lockups (that's why we call them lockups). Use the horizontal lockup wherever you can. Only use the vertical design when space is limited.
