Information on Steinbeck's Cannery Row
New for 08/09, the SJSU Campus Reading Program partnered with the Steinbeck Center in the King Library to highlight a book by John Steinbeck that somehow tied to the fall reading book. Cannery Row was selected. Like Water for Elephants, this book also takes place during the Great Depression. The SJSU Steinbeck Center and Campus Reading Program held events in spring 2009 tied to this book.
