You must contact your professor, as he or she will have to submit a change of grade form.
3. My professor said he has already entered his grades, but I cannot see it yet online. When will my grade be available online?
It may take two to three weeks after the end of a term for grades to be finalized and viewable. If it has been at least three weeks and your grade is not viewable, contact your professor.
4. How can I get a printed copy of my grades?
We do not provide a printed copy of grades. To see your grades, go to your MySJSU and view your grades. If you need a printed copy of your grades, you may order an official transcript.
