2. How do I obtain an unofficial transcript?
If you were in attendance at SJSU in the year of 1991 or after, unofficial transcripts can be accessed online through MySJSU with your SJSU ID & password. The instruction on how to obtain your unofficial transcript via MySJSU online is posted at MySJSU homepage under Students, Tutorials, My Academics, View my Unofficial Transcript.
If you need a user ID and/or Password, please go to My Password/ Sign In Help. You will receive a reply as soon as possible - usually within 2 business days.
3. I haven’t been enrolled since the early 80’s, can I still get an unofficial transcript?
Since your record is in our archives, we can only issue you an official transcript. To order your official transcript, please visit Transcript Request page.
4. Do you provide a service of sending transcript electronically to another institution?
No, our office does not provide that service.
5. Can you fax an official transcript to student, I need it urgently?
No, we do not fax official transcript to students. Faxing official transcript would deem the record “unofficial”. Please see your option to obtain your unofficial transcript via MySJSU online in question #2.
