10. My transcript lists courses I took as Open University student. These courses are not applicable to my teaching credential and I am wondering how I can get an official transcript with only the credential courses?
Transcripts are a complete record of ALL courses and/or degrees completed at San Jose State University. SJSU can NOT issue a partial transcript.
11. I completed both an undergraduate & graduate degree at SJSU. Can I order a transcript that will show only my graduate course work?
It is NOT possible to separate undergraduate coursework from graduate coursework. All of your program plans/careers will appear on the transcript as one official record. SJSU can NOT issue a partial transcript.
Our testing has determined that it was a browser pop-up issue. Please see our Pop-Up Blocker page for screenshot & detail explanation.
No, transcripts from high schools or other colleges cannot be duplicated. You must contact each school for copies of their transcripts separately.
Only the transferable units are reflected on your SJSU transcript under the External Credit section. The name of the school(s) and total transfer units will show on the top portion of your SJSU transcript. The grade points and GPA factors into your All College GPA, but individual grades or GPAs from other schools do not appear.
