Spring 2015

  • Graduation Workshops for Undergraduate students: these workshops will provide an overview of the graduation application process to our prospective graduating students.
    • Students, faculty and college advisors are welcome to attend!

No RSVP is required, but there are some pre-requisites. Students must: 1) have earned at least 90 units, 2) be two semesters away from completing your degree requirements and 3) be in good academic standing

    • The dates, times are listed below, venues will follow soon:
        • Tuesday, March 3, 2015, 12pm -1pm
        • Wednesday, March 11, 2015, 5pm -6pm
        • Monday, March 16, 2015, 12pm -1pm
        • Thursday, March 19, 2015, 5pm -6pm
  • Late Registration - Waitlist is no longer valid.
  • Last day to drop without "W" is Tuesday, February 3.
  • Last day to add via MySJSU is Tuesday, February 10 at 11:59pm.
  • Graduating seniors, who applied for graduation by November 3, 2014, can file excess units petition. This petition is available on our Forms' page under section "E".

Fall 2014

    • Degree posting started on Friday, January 9 and will be viewable under your Unofficial Transcript on MySJSU once it is posted. Please note that it will take about 3-4 weeks to complete this process for all Fall'14 graduating students.  For instructions on how to view your Unofficial Transcript, see View My Unofficial Transcript.
    • If you did not complete all degree requirements:
      • Undergraduate students: The Hold Letter outlining outstanding degree requirements will be sent to your preferred email.
      • Graduate students: The Hold Letter outlining outstanding degree requirements will be sent to you via mail.
    • Your diploma will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks after your degree posted on your MySJSU account
