If you need to have your GPA verified, you will need to submit a
request in writing to Office of the Registrar. The request must
contain the following information:
Your full name and any previous names you may have used as a
SJSU student
Your student ID number - which may be your Social Security
number
Your date of birth, if known
The approximate dates of attendance, if known
Complete address to which you'd like the verification sent, or
the number to which you’d like it faxed
Your name and contact information
Your signature
Submit your written request to the “R” Counter at the Student
Services Center.
Processing takes 2 to 3 business days from date of
receipt.
