Students who have completed one Fall or Spring semester at SJSU and are in good academic standing may be eligible to enroll concurrently at one of our 22 CSU sister campuses. Concurrent enrollment may be allowed for two or more consecutive semesters. You must meet the following requirements and conditions in order to participate in this program:

Undergraduate Student Requirements

• Completed one semester at SJSU and earned at least 12 units.
• Attend SJSU the semester prior to the term in which you are pursuing concurrent enrollment.
• Must be currently enrolled at SJSU and paid all applicable fees.
• Have a GPA of at least 2.0 in all work completed at SJSU.
• Be in good academic standing.

Graduate Student Requirements

• Completed one semester at SJSU.
• Attend SJSU the semester prior to the term in which you are pursuing concurrent enrollment.
• Must be currently enrolled at SJSU and paid all applicable fees.
• Have a GPA of at least 3.0 in all work completed at SJSU.
• Be in good academic standing.

Conditions for Enrollment

• Approval is subject to space availability, registration priority policies and deadlines of the host campus.
• Academic advisement is available only through SJSU.
• Overlap in academic terms may not be possible. Check with the host campus.
• Students may be required to provide proof of completion of prerequisites.
• Financial Aid is available only through SJSU.
• Students enrolled through Open University are not eligible for Concurrent Enrollment.

The Concurrent Application (PDF) is available for download or at the Registrar's Office, Window R, in the Student Services Center.

The completed application should be submitted to the Registrar's Office a minimum of 30 days before the start of the term at the host campus. You must contact the campus that you wish to attend for registration deadlines and procedures.
