I have applied for graduation but I have not yet received a Graduation Worksheet

Once your Graduation Application is received by the Office of the Registrar, we enter your information into our system AND put your application in a queue for review. Once we review your application you will be sent a Graduation Worksheet(PDF) to your preferred email. For information on how to update your email: go to Change Contact Information

Graduation Worksheets(PDF) are generally sent out approximately 3-4 months after your application has been submitted to the Office of the Registrar.  The Graduation Worksheet is merely a summary of our assessment.  It is not an approval of graduation status. In the meantime, we recommend that you:

      1. Review your MyProgress for outstanding GE/SJSU Studies requirements;
      2. Review your major form for major requirements;
      3. Review your SJSU unofficial transcripts for units earned (120 units are required to graduate).

Please see your major advisor and/or visit your College Success Center for  academic advice, advice about registration, and/or assistance with forms.
