Undergraduate Graduation and Evaluation 

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the evaluation and conferral of undergraduate degrees.  If you are a graduate student, please visit the Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations (GAPE) website for graduation and diploma information.  


Graduation Workshops for Undergraduate students:

These workshops will provide an overview of the graduation application process. 

Students, faculty and college advisors are welcome to attend!

No RSVP is required, but there are some prerequisites. Students must:                                                                  

  • Have earned at least 90 units
  • Be 2 semesters away from completing your degree requirements
  • Be in good academic standing, probation or continued probation

GENERAL workshops:  For students who intend to apply for graduation in the next two semesters. Topics covered include: graduation deadlines, graduation requirements, Grad Worksheet sections, etc.                                                  
  • Tuesday, March 7, 2017: 11AM-12PM
  • Wednesday, March 15, 2017: 3PM-4PM
  • Monday, March 20, 2017: 11AM-12PM
  • Thursday, March 23, 2017: 3PM-4PM
TRANSFER STUDENTS workshops: For students who transferred from other institutions and intend to apply for graduation in the next two semesters. Topics covered include:  graduation deadlines, graduation requirements, Transfer Report on MySJSU, 70-unit max, substitutions, etc.  
  • Thursday, March 9, 2017: 11AM-12PM
  • Monday, March 13, 2017: 3PM-4PM
