NCS has a large format printer, capable of printing poster-sized documents up to 36" wide. Usually this resource is used by faculty and students for conference or seminar presentations, although we've recently seen an increase in faculty requiring posters from their students for class assignments.  

To use this service, please submit an NCS HelpDesk ticket as far in advance as possible so we can ensure we have the supplies needed to accommodate your request.  Files should be submitted in PowerPoint or .pdf format on either a thumb drive or as an attachment to an email that is sent to cos-posters-group@sjsu.edu.  Please allow 2 -3 days for processing.

Although this service is offered to personnel within the College free of charge, the Dean's Office asks that users printing posters for projects funded by a grant or other outside funds reimburse the College for these costs as follows:

36"x60" $50
36"x48" $40
36'x36" $30
36'x24" $20

We also reserve the right to charge for last minute print jobs.  Please allow 2 -3 days for processing.
