At its meeting of July 17, 2006, the Executive Committee acting on behalf of the Academic Senate passed the following Senate Management Resolution presented by Chair Judith Lessow-Hurley for the Executive Committee.

SENATE MANAGEMENT RESOLUTION

AMENDMENT TO SENATE STANDING RULE 7

Whereas, the Vice President of Advancement became a member of the Senate in May 2004; and

Whereas, all Vice Presidents are included on the agenda in the rotation for a report as per Standing Rule 7; therefore be it

Resolved, that Standing Rule 7 be amended to include the Vice President of University Advancement on the agenda in the state of the University announcements rotation after the Vice President for Student affairs at the end of each Senate meeting.
