Administrative Analyst/Specialist

The Administrative Analyst/Specialist manages the multiple internal operations of the Senate office, performing executive level administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Senate; supervises assistants, maintains archives and electronic databases, coordinates special events, supports the committee structure, manages the flow of information, researches issues, constructs logistical arrangements, monitors the office budget, coordinates travel, drafts minutes and communications, and is responsible for the Senate Web Site.
