That the Interim Retention, Tenure and Promotion Standards and Procedures, paragraph II-B-5, be amended to read as follows: |

5. As a general rule, the scope of evaluation and weight of evidence required to support a favorable personnel recommendation will increase with the significance of the decision. Normally, a tenure decision is considered more than appointment, promotion more significant than a salary adjustment, and promotion to Professor more significant than promotion to.
