At its meeting of May 3, 1999, the Academic Senate unanimously passed the following Policy Recommendation presented by James Brent for the Organization and Government.

Modifies Senate By-Law 9.1

Whereas,	the Academic Senate has approved S99-5, which calls for the creation of a new special agency called the "University Library Board"; be it therefore
Resolved,	that Senate By-Law 9.1 be modified as follows:

9.1 Existing Special Agencies are:

a) Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Committee

b) Athletics Board

c) CIO Advisory Board

d) Campus Planning Board

e) University Library Board
