What is Spartan Squad?
Spartan Squad is the official student athletic booster program of San José State University supporting SJSU athletics. Founded in the Fall of 2005 by Matthew Olivieri and Brad Villeggiante, with support from Associated Students, the Squad increases SJSU pride, unity and spirit throughout the student body.
Spartans Transform Construction Site into a Work of Art
An SJSU Art student painting a mural, located by the Student Union, in front of the Art Building. Students have decided to paint the wall that was put up after construction started in order to celebrates the continuity of the past and present by showcasing artist self-portraits of the past five hundred years.

We have a passion for assisting students in achieving their academic goals. Our office provides SJSU information, admission presentations, and participates in local, regional and national college fairs. Take a look at our schedule to see if we are going to be in a city near you.
Our Admission Counselors also assist students with understanding admission requirements and the admission process for frosh, upper division transfer and undergraduate international applicants. If you are an undergraduate student who has not applied and are interested in meeting with an Admission Counselor, then you are in the right place! Visit our Meet with a Pre-Admission Counselor site to review our pre-admission drop-in counseling hours. Drop-In Pre-Admissions Counseling will not be available on the following dates: July 19, July 26, August 2, August 12, and August 13.
The Student Outreach and Recruitment Office will be closed all day on June 4.
