Clifton Oyamot, Associate Dean, Academics

The Associate Dean, of Academics provides leadership and oversight for enrollment management, scheduling, advising, curriculum, program development and review, accreditation, assessment, student-faculty disputes, and programs and initiatives related to student success.

Vacant, Interim Associate Dean, Research

The Associate Dean for Research is responsible for enhancing the research, scholarship, and creative activities in the college. The Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Success also supports departments in the hiring, retention, promotion, and evaluation of faculty.

Terri Ramirez, Director for Resources and Operations

The Director for Resources and Operations (DRO) works under the general direction of the Dean in the College of Social Sciences functioning with autonomy and oversight of the college and department budgets, personnel, and operations.

Katherine Cushing, Chair of the Council of Chairs

The Chair of the Council of Chairs serves as the liaison between the college’s 12 department chairs and the Office of the Dean.

Evan Smallwood, Director of Development

The Director of Development oversees the college's fundraising efforts and works with departments to promote its philanthropic priorities.
