Personal Training Policies
No refunds will be given for unused personal training sessions. If medical reasons keep you from completing your sessions, the Assistant Manager of Fitness will consider the refund on a case-by-case basis. A doctors note must be included with the refund form and state you are physically unable to continue training.
Use of Training Sessions
All training sessions must be used within the semester they were purchased. The ONLY exception is with the purchase of a 12-session package. These 12 sessions must be completed within the academic year (August—May). Any sessions purchased over the summer (June—July) must be used by the end of the year (December). Failure to use training sessions by the deadline will result in lost sessions, with no refund or extensions allowed.
