Group fitness classes are offered year-round for students, faculty/staff, and affiliates. The Fall/Spring semesters offer over 40 hours of classes per week (Monday–Sunday).
Our goal is to provide enjoyable classes that teach and inspire lifelong skills. Our highly trained instructors guide each participant with top quality instruction in a safe environment.
*Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts, especially if it is your first time taking the class. This allows the instructor time to help you set up and ensures class begins on time.

|Aqua An exhilarating workout combining cardio and strength in the water! Use the resistance
of the water, buoys, and water noodles. Activities will take place in both shallow
and deep water. Buoyancy belts are provided.
|Abs Improve overall core strength in this 30-minute abs and back workout.

|Boot Camp An intense total-body workout incorporating sports-based drills, resistance training,

Les Mills CXWORX® 30 minutes to strengthen your core! Work everything from your shoulders to your
hips, creating a strong foundation for all other movements.
|Les Mills GRIT Cardio® 30-minute high-intensity interval training using high-impact body weight exercises to help you burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability; equipment free.|
|Les Mills GRIT Plyo® 30-minute high-intensity interval training with exercises involving repeated rapid stretching and contracting of muscles (as by jumping and rebounding) to increase muscle power. This class will work on your agility, and increase muscular endurance and stamina.|

|Insanity This cardio-based, total-body conditioning program is based on the principles of MAX
interval training. You'll be ripping through the most heart-pumping, muscle shredding,

|Les Mills SPRINT® 30-minute high-intensity interval training, using an indoor bike to achieve fast
results. The short duration will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits.
