Sometimes a little help and motivation goes a long way on the road to fitness. Connect one-on-one with a certified personal trainer. Our trainers have the skills and knowledge to develop a training plan specific to your needs and goals. We'll help you progress through your program, teaching you how to perform exercises safely and effectively throughout your sessions, so you get the most out of each workout.

All single, 3, and 6 session packages must be used in the semester they were purchased. 12 session packages may extend to the end of the academic year (May 30th).

Only Sport Club members are eligible to sign up for personal training.

Refunds will only be given for medical reasons.
