Certifications: NESTA Personal Trainer, CPR/AED/FA

Evelyn is a certifed Personal Trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). She specializes in strength, endurance, and weightloss training programs, and enjoyes working with those who are new to exercise. During high school she became a competitve rower and received numerous medals plus an award for "Women Rower of the Year" in 2012 from Oakland Strokes Rowing Club. During college she was coached under former Olympic Rowers at Souther California Scullers Club and got a bronze medal for Women'ts Quead at Club National Championships in 2013. She now enjoys weight training and swimming everyday.

I believe in a comprehensive approach to fitness with the end goal of creating lifestyle changes and achieving wellness. With that said, my clients receive programs built for their level of fitness and goals which include personal habits and nutrition. I love having fun! So I try to make my clients push themselves while still enjoying their workous. I have achieved great weight loss myself and have completely changed my own health. In general I love being outdoors and pursuing recreational activities including biking, hiking, yoga, and rock climging, on top of my gym exercises. I practice what I preach by eaching clean and organic most of the time, but I LOVE ice cream too! I also teach group fitness classes: boot camp and cycle.

Kassandra is a certified personal trainer and Kinesiology graduate student studying Exercise Physiology. She enjoys creating training programs that emphasize functional fitness to help clients become physically fit and better able to perform the activities they love with fewer injuries. She loves being outdoors, especially hiking, playing tennis, and snowboarding (preferably in pow). She completed a half marathon and hiked the Inca Trail over a summit at 14,000 ft to visit Machu Picchu.

Lisa has a true passion in health and wellness for all. She believes that anyone can achieve physical and mental well-being through practice and perseverance of a healthy lifestyle, healing the body from the inside-out. She gratudated from CSU Fresno in 2009 with her Bachelors in Exercise Science. Lisa first started personal training in 2007 and has continued to grow her knowledge in the fitness field since this time. She has a collegiate sports background (running track and field at CSU Fresno), 3 years of coaching and competing in half and full marathons, competed in two Figure competitions in 2014, and other experiences coaching youth and wellness programs for staff. She currently enjoys running, hiking, flexibility training, and TRX/kettle-bell training for her physical exercise, but also enjoys a good book, cooking, eating PB, calligraphy art and photography in her spare time.

Mitch is a certified personal trainer whose passion for fitness and physical strength has driven him to help others achieve their fitness goals. Mitch first became certified in May of 2016 and has been training clients at SJSU ever since, helping many transform their bodies while establishing the importance of mental and physical discipline through the process. Mitch believes that through a combination of determination, discipline, and hard work anyone can achieve their fitness goals. Mitch is currently on the SJSU power lifting team and holds an extensive knowledge of strength programing. He also enjoys reading, backpacking, swimming, and playing music in his band.
