Outstanding Graduating Senior
At the May 2012 Graduation Commencement, San Jose State University will continue its tradition of presenting two Outstanding Graduating Senior Awards. These awards recognize both academic excellence and outstanding service to the University and community. If you are a graduating senior and have an overall 3.75 GPA, please consider applying for one of these prestigious awards.
Nominations for the Outstanding Graduating Senior Awards are being solicited through various campus sources. Additionally, a selection committee comprised of faculty and staff will review all applications received and make recommendations to President Mohammad Qayoumi, who will make the final decision.
If you wish to be considered for this honor, please complete an Application Form by no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2012. You can submit your application in one of these ways:
- Return a hard copy to the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs, Administration Building 242
- Send completed applicaion through campus mail to VPSA, extended zip code 0031, or
- Fax your application to 408-924-5978.
