Managing Stress: A Primary Ingredient for Success

Whether you are closing in on graduation or completing year one, the end of the year can be a stressful time with the pressure of finals, papers coming due, and transitions to new roles or settings. The good news is that the Student Health Center offers many resources to help you manage your stress levels. Sleep, good nutrition, and exercise are all important, but so is quality social time, taking breaks and laughter! Be sure to stop by the Wellness Lounge and make an appointment to use our massage chairs, grab a bite to eat, and study and/or play with us during one of the events hosted in our space. Stay updated on events in the Wellness Lounge by following us on Facebook or our Wellness and Health Promotion website. We wish you great success during finals. See you soon!
