Event Booking Information
The Event Center at SJSU is a multifunctional sports and entertainment arena with in-house sound, lighting, and concert-quality acoustics. As a premier mid-size venue in Northern California, the Event Center is fully equipped to accommodate various types of events — from full arena concerts, to corporate conferences. With over 25,000 square feet of extended floor space, the Event Center offers flexible seating arrangements of capacities from 2,500 to 7,000. The Event Center is conveniently located in downtown San José, the Capital of Silicon Valley and population center of the greater San Francisco Bay Area region of over 7.5 million people.

Interested promoters must complete and submit the Rental Request Application for their event to be considered. All promoters of the Event Center must obtain proper insurance prior to the event. For detailed promoter insurance requirements, please visit Insurance Requirements.
