Campus Housing Options
University Housing Services
We strive to provide supportive and affordable residential learning communities that promote academic success and individual development. Our living-learning communities help ease the transition to college life, serve as an extension of the classroom, and increase awareness of community responsibility. Located on the main San José State University campus, the residence halls are just minutes from classes, the library, recreation and dining facilities, and downtown.
Students who live on campus have the opportunity to get involved in social gatherings, cultural events, intramural sports, community service, and a wide range of other campus activities. You also have access to the Resident Activity Center (RAC) located in Campus Village Building B, which offers a gaming area with foosball, ping pong, and pool. The RAC also has four meeting rooms with a flat-screen television and DVD player so you can watch the latest movies with your friends and classmates.
