Free i-Week in Paris for IT Students

EFREI (École FRançaise d'Électronique et d'Informatique, French School of Electronics and Computer Science) is a French private engineering school which, for the last 14 years, has been in charge of organizing an international week in Paris for a group of IT students from its partner universities. As EFREI Engineering school in Information and Digital Technologies has a network of nearly 70 international partners in more than 20 countries, their i-Week program is a great opportunity for IT students from all around the world to meet each other, to discover Paris and our campus and to meet EFREI students and faculty.

This year, i-Week will take place from Saturday, February 16 to Sunday, February 24, 2013. The program will include different cultural activities such as visiting the Eiffel Tower, the Château de Versailles, and the Louvre Museum, cruising on the River Seine, walking on the Champs-Élysées, and many other surprises! As usual, this program is offered free of charge to international students. The i-Week association covers all the costs of accommodation (guest are hosted in EFREI students’ homes) transport around Paris, cultural activities and meals. The only thing students have to pay for is their travel costs to Paris. For further information, you can visit their website and Facebook page:

During i-Week, participants will have the opportunity to present their country and their university to EFREI students during the International Fair, which will take place on the EFREI campus on Wednesday the 20th of February. It would be useful if students could bring posters, brochures and goodies from their home university with them.

Please note that application forms must be submitted online by January 10, 2013. In order to welcome students in the best possible conditions, the number of applicants is limited. Applicants will be selected by our members after the deadline for applications.

If you have any questions, you can get in touch by e-mail with EFREI's i-Week staff.
