The registration fee for the programs includes all sessions, materials, lunch, refreshment breaks, CE credit.

Refund Policy

The Institute will refund registration fees contingent on receipt of a written request postmarked by at least 14 days prior to the event.  A $50 processing fee will be retained by the Institute. No refund requests postmarked after the stated date will be accepted.

Please note that non-attendance will not qualify as a cancellation of registration.  

Written notification must be submitted by the date noted above.

CPE/MCLE and other Credits

The Institute qualifies for Continuing Professional Education by the California State Board of Accountancy.  California attorneys are eligible for MCLE based on the legal content of the program (60 minute hours). IRS and CTEC credits available for the IRS-SJSU Small Business Tax Institute (as allowed under the IRS and CTEC rules).
