Meet - Me - Conference
Offered by University Computing and Telecommunication Department.
Meet - Me - Conference provides conference calls for up to 7 Conferees.

How it works
UCAT will activate a special line, which will be provided prior to your conference call. When this number is activated, it is open for your conferees to dial and join the conference. The conferees can dial in from on or off campus.

Cost
Administration Fee $10.00
UCAT will bill the Department.

Instruction Steps to a Meet – Me – Conference:

  1. Reserve your Meet - Me - Conference by calling the UCAT Department @ 4-2340. Your consultant will provide you with a conference number to conference participants.
  2. Distribute the dial - in – number to conference participants.
  3. Initially, two participants should dial the conference number concurrently. This will establish the Meet - Me - Conference. If you don't call in concurrently the first caller will continue to hear a ring until another member joins the conference.
  4. A tone will be heard as participants join the conference.
  5. To end conference, participants simply hang up.
