Q | I would like someone to help me in the water. Can you set me up with an attendant? |
A | Because the Timpany Center is classified as a learning institution through San Jose State University, there are many students who need hands-on experience working with individuals. We can try to set you up with a student to assist you at the Timpany Center, but this is always based on the students' availability. Please speak with the manager on duty for more information. |

Q | Does the Timpany Center take my Worker's Compensation Claim? |
A | The process of dealing with Worker's Compensation companies can be difficult. It is usually best if you to pay the monthly membership fees; the Timpany Center will write you a receipt to present to your Worker's Compensation for reimbursement. However, in the event that you cannot pay the monthly membership fee up-front, the Timpany Center will provide you with a form to fill out listing any Worker's Compensation information. |
