Q

I would like someone to help me in the water. Can you set me up with an attendant?

A

Because the Timpany Center is classified as a learning institution through San Jose State University, there are many students who need hands-on experience working with individuals. We can try to set you up with a student to assist you at the Timpany Center, but this is always based on the students' availability. Please speak with the manager on duty for more information.

No, the Timpany Center does not take insurance.

Q

Does the Timpany Center take my Worker's Compensation Claim?

A

The process of dealing with Worker's Compensation companies can be difficult. It is usually best if you to pay the monthly membership fees; the Timpany Center will write you a receipt to present to your Worker's Compensation for reimbursement. However, in the event that you cannot pay the monthly membership fee up-front, the Timpany Center will provide you with a form to fill out listing any Worker's Compensation information.
